If you do not have the experience or desire to handle the administrative task of operating a colocated server then Webcountry's Managed Services Program is for you! With our support you can focus on running your business and selling new customers while we handle the technical details.

For $250 per month you receive all of the following:

• 2 full hours of technical support per month
• Complete Server Traffic Graphs to track usage
• Tape changes* to protect your data
• Packet Filtering Service to protect your server
• System Alert Service to inform you about problems
• Daily, weekly and monthly tasks completed on schedule

This comprehensive package of services is everything you need to keep a colocated server running smoothly, with absolutely no prior experience managing computer equipment. If you are not sure what type of configuration you need we will be happy to put together a complete recommendation of hardware, OS and related software.

Here are just a few of the items we can provide, install, and manage:

• Windows NT, LINUX, freeBSD operating systems
• Virtual Web Site configuration
• Virtual FTP Site configuration
• Multiple domain email configuration
• IP installation and configuration including routing
• Configuration of DNS servers including reverse mappings

Additional hours purchased at a discounted rate of $25 per 15 minutes. This is $40 per hour less than our standard rate.

* Tape changes made if a tape drive is installed in the Managed Server
